Behind the Mask

Who’s watching?
What will they think of me?
It’s easy for you to say, it’s so hard for me do.
When I do, some react strangely, so I am not sure where or when to do it.

I need the confidence to be true to me.
I think I want to smile more regardles of how you respond.
I want to be the spark of joy and love.
I want to bless with my beaming face.

I will start today.
I will start behind the mask.
In time, I will have the practice to do it all the time.

Life’s pressures can be daunting but if you can just let out a smile, your heart will thank you for it. This is a good time to dish smiles randomly due to the fact that face masks are a must wear for us due to covid-19. I practice this regularly without the thought of being labeled wrongly. Imagine if you could smile for the whole day.

You rarely go wrong with vegetables. With far-less sugar and minute amounts of calories, they are ideal for all your health plans. Because of the way they taste, making juices out of only vegetables is a bad idea for kids and some adults. So we have to flavour them with some fruits.

Coconut with Cucumbers and Banana Smoothie.

Today, we drink to Coconut milk with Cucumbers and Bananas as we buildup our internal smiles. Hope you know how make coconut milk. If you don’t know where to buy or how to make coconut milk then replace that with soya, almond or a plant-based milk of your choice.

Coconut milk (half a glass)
Bananas (x2)
Optional: Raisins or Nuts (handful)
Optional: Cucumbers (x1)
Optional: A few slices of your favourite fruit.

Seat-out on the balcony and enjoy the breeze as you drink your smoothie.
